Dr Neil Radford has over 20 years experience as a lecturer and senior manager in higher education, leading doctoral training and researcher development. The ERA Skills Manager role will develop the ERA Skills Academy for doctoral and postdoctoral energy researchers, establishing a programme of training and support to promote positive career trajectories for ERA researchers.
