GETTING TO THE EAST MIDLANDS CONFERENCE CENTRE

BY CAR:
For travel by car, use the following navigation coordinates (52.938863, -1.203153) or postcode (NG7 2RJ) to find the conference centre. Guests are entitled to complimentary car parking.

BY RAIL:
The nearest stations are Beeston Station and Nottingham. There is a tram stop at the University if you are taking a tram from the station.

BY AIR:
East Midlands Airport is 14 miles from De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre via the M1 North. There is a regular Skylink Nottingham bus from the airport directed to Broad Marsh Bus Station—minutes from the hotel.

Seminars - Please select one from the choices below
From 14.20 there are two seminar sessions which run alongside the main conference programme and finish at 15.15 - Academic and Industrial Partnerships and New Energy Technologies. In addition, a third seminar 'Telling your story and pitching for investment' is designed for businesses and entrepreneurs looking to pitch their ideas to potential investors.  Please note that this session runs through to 16.45.

Room Locations
Speaker presentations will be delivered in the main Banqueting Suite. There will be three seminar sessions during the day in rooms just off the Banqueting Suite on the same floor. Full details will be provided on the day.
